Arkite lanceert de ultieme virtuele assistent: de Human Interface Mate (HIM). Momenteel wordt het systeem vooral ingezet om operatoren in de maakindustrie te begeleiden (automotive, aviation, electronics, …). De Human Interface Mate analyseert alle handelingen van mens en machine.
